Outpatient Care & Departure
- Morning: Fasting outpatient visit and blood tests at hospital
- Afternoon: Depart around 1:00 PM by private car or shared vehicle via Dujiangyan and Balang Mountain Tunnel
- Evening: Arrive at Siguniang Mountain Town to acclimatize to altitude

Siguniang Mountain Shuangqiao Valley
- Full day: Explore Shuangqiao Valley with sightseeing bus (low physical exertion)
- Evening: Overnight in Siguniang Mountain Town or Danba
Tip: Higher altitude - keep warm and prevent altitude sickness

Danba to Xinduqiao
- Morning: Pass through Danba Tibetan Village viewing platform
- Afternoon: Arrive at Xinduqiao
- Evening: Photograph plateau sunset outside town
Tip: Long drive but beautiful scenery along the way

Moshi Park & Return
- Morning: Visit Moshi Park (exotic geological landscape)
- Afternoon: Cross Zheduo Mountain and return to Chengdu
- Evening: Enjoy a good meal to replenish energy
Tip: Returning to lower altitude in Chengdu feels more comfortable

Chengdu Leisure & Departure
- Morning: Free time in Chengdu (recommend Wenshu Monastery and surrounding traditional snacks)
- Afternoon: Departure based on flight schedule
Tip: Leave sufficient rest time before departure
